I cannot draw on any new raster layers

When I make a draft layer, I try to create a new raster layer to draw on top of my draft. The new raster layer is created. but I cannot draw on it. What do I have to do to make it possible to draw on my new raster layer? (I cannot draw on anything after the first layer is created when I create a new illustration).

1 year agoA screenshot image that shows the layer palette and the tool you are currently using (a screenshot of the entire screen is fine)
If you can attach it from "Attach image"
