is there a way to filter explicite assets in the asset gallery?

there's some assets that are really something I don't want to see. mainly the 18+ stuff.
is there a way to blur or filter out explicite 3d assets? at this point I can not look at the 3d assets without seeing quite explicite preview images in the asset gallery. I looked under settings but I couldn't find anything...
