Problem with colors appearing differently on each screen

I am working with a liquid crystal tablet.
However, during the coloring process, I am having trouble because the colors on the PC monitor screen, LCD tablet screen, and smartphone screen are all different.
On a PC, the saturation is high, on a liquid crystal tablet, it looks bluish, and on a smartphone, it looks a bit reddish.
In this case, which screen should I color based on?

If you are using a smartphone with relatively accurate color tones, such as an iPhone, it is appropriate to match it to that.
If you have something that can check achromatic colors, such as a gray card or color sample, create achromatic color data and display it to match the color tones of your monitor.
To match accurately, create a monitor profile using the calibration tools from X-Rite or Datacolor, and preview the profile in CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

All three are vague... I think it would be a good idea to get a new monitor. I'll buy one with a DCI or RGB cover close to 100.

First of all, is your smartphone set to cut blue light?

It looks like it has a reddish tint •́ω•̀)

It can't be helped that the colors on each screen are different
