How to isolate camera to individual cells and not have it affect other cells?

The GIF here shows what I have on my screen: https://gfycat.com/SleepyGreatHoverfly

I'm just trying to apply the camera movement keyframes to just one cell, not the other cells.

Is there a solution for this?

I'm not sure what you want to do,
You can create multiple animation folders and attach camera work individually.
In the sample, animation folder names are changed to "A" and "B".

Please excuse me if it is different from the main point of the question.

If I used this method for my single track of 10+ frame cells in the original post, I would have to create 10+ animation folders for each cell. I don't want that.

I need to keyframe a cell that's in the track and not have it affect other cells in the same track. Is there another method for this besides one mentioned? 1track for 1 cell for more than planned 30+ cells will look like a nightmare to manage.

It is you who thought about the nightmare camera work.

"Apply special camera work only to a single cell in animation folder"
In other words, it is possible to set the camera work (key frame) setting that is not affected by other cells, but it is close to nightmare operation.

This might be the solution you are looking for.
In the Timeline, all the way to the left where you have the name of the layers, Right Click on the Animation Folder layer. Then choose Edit Track. Then choose Enable Keyframes On This Layer. This should allow you to set keyframes for the layer and the camera separately. Not sure if this answers what you are trying to accomplish.

That's what I already did for that track. I'm still trying to separate the interpolation of the keyframes from other keyframes on the same track. I explained the problem here (https://ask.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=21626) more but I have yet to find the solution these past days.

What if you right click on the Camera layer and choose the Split Clip option? I created a keyframed pan from frame 00 to 09, then split the clip. I then did a diagonal upward-right pan from frame 10 to 22, then split the clip at 23. Then did no movement on frame 24 to 38, then split the clip I also ensured to place a keyfame at 38 to ensure the positoin was held for all the intended frames. And on frame 40 I move the camera back into it’s original opening position showing how it snaps back to position not panning into position. Does this work?

This one goes a bit too quick. But it is an example of how I split the clip on the animation folder layer.
I started off with an arching curve movement to the right. Then snapped back to original position with the clip split.
Then with a clip split allowed me to snap the object to the upper right, I then moved it downward-left.

Crap, I think you already tried all of this.
Not sure if I’m helping or just making it more frustratiung that you’re not getting the answer you are looking for.

I haven't physically done it but it went through my mental thoughts about doing it this way too. The problem would still remain where I have to macro and micro manage each resetting-clip in between clips. I'm not going to do that. I'd rather manually reposition from drawing it out per frame instead.

When you're not sure if I did this already, you're just eliminating one of the many solutions out there that many would have thought about. Some might be viewing this and have your idea but it's not written for it to be apparent to them in discovering the solution. Mentioning it in this thread ties it to what others might think and it helps with the process of finding answers. I appreciate it though and thank you.

I will most likely just submit a future feature they might integrate later if I find no other solution this week. The animation workflow would be really convenient and fun if it were to happen.

As usual, I still do not know what you want to do,
For example, you can clip and paste between specific frames in the "2D camera folder".
The light blue part in the image is the unit of "clip" and pasted to the right. Camera work is repeated.

Please excuse me if it is different from the main point of the question.
