CSP Pro doesn't seem to upgrade to EX even after buying and downloading the software and updating my version of CSP.

I currently own CSP Pro on my Mac OS, today I had just bought CSP EX and downloaded it onto my Mac, the problem is that I didn't notice I could have bought the discounted upgrade version, so I have instead accidentally payed for the regular version, I'm not too bothered about this as EX was on sale.

My problem is that my CSP hasn't changed its version to EX, even after downloading the new software, I updated my CSP and still nothing, can this problem be solved?

No matter how you purchase the EX version, there is no automatic upgrade.
Launch the CLIP STUDIO PAINT manually by entering the EX serial number obtained at the time of purchase, and enter the license from the help menu.
If you copy and paste the serial number you received by email and restart CLIP STUDIO PAINT, the grade will change.

Since the serial number received by email is important information, please manage it so as not to lose it. (Location other than computer)

Because it is MacOS, “License Registration…” is not [Help] menu, but [CLIP STUDIO PAINT menu].
