Purchased EX but Pro won't upgrade.

I just bought EX and recieved my pay pal confirmation that I paid for it but did not recieve and email by clip studio confirming I had. I tried entering the serial number that I have for PRO in paint to see if that would change it but didn't do anything so assume I should have a seriel number for EX but have not recieved it. Anyone else have this issue and know what to do?? Checked my spam and everywhere but can't find a confirmation email but money has come out my account!!
