Hello !
I want to ask: what is the brush used in painting old 90s & 80s anime cel called "Harmony cel"
Harmony cel is the last scene or frame in the episode with special look (you can search for it)
i really want to know the production of it which brush they use and tips for it,because i want to achieve it digitally

3 years agoI draw poster colors on Kent paper with a watercolor brush
Line art is a thin celluloid board with a pencil line art drawn on paper printed on a carbon-reactive film.

I don't know if you can express it
Apply paint while leaving the touch of the brush
