Can you get a full-sized version of the thumbnail in your works section of Clip Studio?

Recently, a large project I was working got it's file corrupted, doing the "Unsupported file format" thing. While I have been able to find and access the backup, some of the details I'd added weren't there. However, in the startup page, the original image is there as a thumbnail, with the newer details that were there before it got corrupted. I was wondering if there is any way to rip the thumbnail, or get it as a full size image, so that I can copy the original details, rather than remake them.

Isn't it better to ask for repairs with no use than to think about such a sigh?

I was under the assumption that since I was able to open the backup with no issues, support wouldn't be concerned about restoring a file. That, and it wasn't a large amount of detail, so going through the restoration process didn't feel like it'd be worth it.
