Is there a way to upgrade from a one device plan, to a two device plan?

I currently have Clip Studio Paint Pro, and I payed the $40 for the full version. I recently found out that the two device plan is only $43, but I am unsure about it; is it $43 + $40 for the two device or is it just $43? If there is a way to upgrade, am I paying $3 or $43? I really wanted to use CSP on my iPad alongside my xppen but I am really confused :(
