How can I be sure that my email address can receive the newsletter?

After the purchase, I found out that the email address I filled in was not the one I had previously created an account with and was sure to receive all the emails.
Although I created the current account in time, I haven't received an e-newsletter for a week since it was created.
Email confirmation is set to 'Accept' in the account settings.

If you currently have multiple accounts, it is a violation of the terms, so please contact the official support to integrate them into one account.
