I was in the process of trying to close the payment and reset the purchasing process as I couldnt purchase the upgrade with a prepaid visa, I contacted customer support already on that aspect, and I think I voided the coupon. I was hoping to get advice on maybe how I can get a new one or reset it, as the deal is still ongoing and id like to upgrade my EX 1.0 to EX 2.0 and not spend 200 dollars unnessesary.
