How to remove a device from csp plan?

I had the plan where you can have csp on two devices, and recently one of my laptops have become unusable and will not turn on. Is there a way I can remove that device from my plan, so that I can add another? Currently I am using csp on windows.

10 months agoI don't think there is a way to deactivate the device first.
By switching authorization to another device, the original device is deauthorized (deactivated).
There is an upper limit to the number of deauthentication attempts, so if you do it too many times, it will fail.
If it fails, please contact the support desk just in case.
