PLS HELP! IM MISSING A 3D ASSET

Hello whoever is reading this. So my issue happened to be related to the 3D figure (female). As I was trying to drag it to the canvas, the file for the female figure disappeared plus it did not load onto the canvas. Has anyone else had that happen to them? I wasn't able to find it on Manage materials tab either. T^T hope theres a solution to get it back ( its supposed to be the asset titled , (3D drawing figure female version) not the one with the two icons.

3 years agoExit CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Open CLIP STUDIO
Press the "gear icon" at the top right of CLIP STUDIO
"Reset additional materials" in the "Maintenance menu" of the menu
Wait until the end
It may take some time to finish
When finished, open CLIP STUDIO PAINT and check
If that doesn't fix it
Exit CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Open CLIP STUDIO
Press the "gear icon" at the top right of CLIP STUDIO
Select "Download additional material now." From the menu.
Download of additional materials will start
Wait until the end
When finished, open CLIP STUDIO PAINT and check
