I can use the Rectangular Marquee tool to crop an imported photo into a rectangle, but I want to crop it into a rectangle with four rounded corners. If you know how to do it, please let me know. thank you.

This is what it looks like until you cut it out at the end.
To save, close the paper eyeball icon at the bottom of the layer palette and save it as png, the corners will be transparent and rounded.

The Rectangular Marquee Tool has a setting called "Corner Roundness".
Open the sub tool details with [Window]-[Sub Tool Detail],
* You can also open it from the spanner icon at the bottom right of the tool property palette
Select [Shape].

You can make the corners round by checking "Rounded corners".
If you select the eyeball icon on the left,
The item "Roundness of corners" is also displayed on the tool property palette.

Open the sub tool details of the rectangle selection, and there is a setting for "Roundness of corners" in "Settings of shape". Set it to your preferred value.
You can display it in the tool property by attaching an eye mark.

For the rectangle tool, there is a "Roundness of corners" setting in the tool properties by default.
