tranform not working

Everything in the transform(include rotate, scale, skew, flip and etc.) is not working. I tried clicking directly or pressing ctrl+t, but neither have a reaction. I am using surface pro 7. How could I fix this problem? Thanks.

4 years agoCore at the following priority: (Each is individual)
1) Resolve simply by restarting the computer.
2) CLIP STUDIO PAINT overwrite installation.
3) Completely uninstall and reinstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT
4) While holding down the shift key, start CLIP STUDIO PAINT with "Initialize and start" with everything initialized.
5) Contact support.
