Tip / Stylus Offset Problem

Hello, for 2 years now and despite the help of professional artists using the same tools as me (a laptop, a cintiq wacom 13HD and the extended screen to make the tablet a second screen instead of a duplicate first) I think I need your help.
When I open the program right on my cintiq 13HD, I have a lag of about 5-6cm between the virtual tip of my stylus and my stylus itself.
I had read in update 1.5 that there were lag problems due to window 10 (it seems to me) but having done the new update of October 12th this morning and seeing no corrections to this problem that has lasted for many years, I would like to know if it will be resolved one day or if I have to make myself at the idea of not being able to use the software Clip Studio Paint pro in second screen.
I do NOT have this shift problem when it is duplicated, only when my tablet is considered a secondary screen.
I have attached two images, hoping that it can help :)

6 years agoWindows 10 PC, like a picture, when configuring a multi-display with the main unit and liquid crystal tablet,
If the scaling (%) of the two displays is not the same, the pen coordinates may be shifted.
Please check the Windows display setting "Change the size of text, application, and other items".
