CSP keeps deleting my work when I zoom in, how do I fix it?

I'm currently working on a project right now and sometimes, when I zoom in, Clip Studio Paint will arbitrarily delete whatever progress I have made on it up until then, forcing me to redo everything, only for it to happen all over again. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have Clip Studio Paint Pro on Windows 10, if that helps. It's running on a Lenovo Yoga laptop and I use a Wacom Intuos tablet.
