Clip Studio Paint won't Open

Clip Studio Paint Pro suddenly stopped opening. Clip Studio (where we can browse user-created assets) will open, but clicking on Clip Studio Paint does nothing. In task manager, it's listed as a background process, so it might be trying to open, but it never actually gets there, even if I leave it like that for over a day. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but the problem remains the same. My laptop is not the fastest in general, but every other program will at least open.
I have bought and downloaded the latest version.
I've had this problem for less than a week, and I've been working with Dell support to see if the problem is my laptop, but I still don't have a conclusive reason why this would be the only program that cannot open. I would really appreciate help!
