What should I do if I can't use the free trial version I have?

I downloded, and use the free thrail for like almost 6 weeks. They wrot that the free trail is 3 mounths long, but a few dasy ago I can't use it. I get an window that was named "CLIP STUDIO PAIN - Usage has expierd" it has the buying options, and the option to keep using the trail. I chosed the keep using trail option, I was able to use it, baut I was unable to save it. What should I do in this situation? (Sorry, for the grammer, and speling mistakes, English is not my first laungvige.)
