Trying to get EX buy paying the subcription but it won't accept my credit card. How do I fix it?

I've been trying to get the monthly subscription for EX but the credit card that I'm using won't let me pay. it just says "We’re sorry, we can’t complete this payment with the selected card at this time. Please try another card." How do I fix it? (Also I live in Puerto Rico so I'm not sure if is the region)
