In Clip Studio Paint 3.0 Version, it include 'Colors will always blend correctly when using the Brush tool in the Color mixing palette and drawing tools with the settings Blend for Color mixing and Perceptual for Mixing mode in the Sub Tool Detail pallete > Ink Category.', Guys. But, I was really disappointed that the perceptual blending wasn't still perfect in 3.0.
