switch out of version 3 to version 2 on both ipad and laptop

I really dislike the new homepage that the version 3 has to offer, I thought I'd get used to it but I have not and is getting pretty uncomfortable to use lately. Is there a way that I can switch out this version 3 to version 2?
I have a feeling through pc or laptop it may have a solution, but for an iPad I am unsure but if anyone have an idea I do appreciate your thoughts and help.

30 days agoIt cannot be toggled by the user.
Why not send a request to support, detailing what aspects are not good or difficult to use?
