CLIP file won't open "Unsupported file format"

I'm trying to open a drawing I worked hard on, but when I try opening it, I get the message "Unsupported file format". Even though it's a .clip file. All my other .clip files can open but this specific one can't. I went to documents > CELSYS > ClipStudioPaintData > InitialBackup to try and open the file from there, but it didn't work. Is there a way I can fix this or is my drawing gone?

The term "unsupported file format" almost always means "broken file".
Normal save format is saved by "CLIP STUDIO FORMAT" (It is hard to break)

However, depending on the user, it is an accident that easily occurs when saving directly in "jpeg" or "png" format which is not the file format of "CLIP STUDIO FORMAT".
If you try to open this broken file many times, it seems that "the broken state goes on" can not be repaired.

Response takes time, but you can request file repair from "Support / Contact" at the bottom of this page.
However, there is no guarantee of file repair.
